• Labor Only: Prices reflect professional labor for the specified time block (4 hours for Half-Day / 8 hours for Full-Day).

• Materials: All materials, parts, and hardware required for your projects are billed separately. We can pick up materials on your behalf; however, travel and shopping time are included within your purchased service block.

• Single Trip Requirement: Service blocks must be used in one continuous trip and cannot be split across multiple days or locations.

• The "To-Do List" Strategy: We work through your prioritized list in order. While we strive for maximum efficiency, we do not guarantee completion of an entire list if the scope exceeds the purchased time block.

• Exclusions: High-voltage electrical, major plumbing reroutes, or projects requiring structural permits may require a separate custom estimate and are not included in standard "Day Packages."

• Cancellation Policy: To respect our craftsmen’s schedules, we require 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a fee.

We only collect the information you choose to give us, and we process it with your consent, or on another legal basis; we only require the minimum amount of personal information that is necessary to fulfill the purpose of your interaction with us; we don't sell it to third parties; and we only use it as this Privacy Statement describes.
